Supporting those in need in our communities
Our local conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded by parishioners from Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Allen, Texas. Inspired by Gospel values and the mission of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, men and women join together to grow spiritually by serving our neighbors in need through home visits and personal connections within our community.

Many families struggle to make ends meet and are forced to choose between putting food on the table and paying essential bills. In times of hardship, it can be difficult to know where to turn for help. Our hope is to help ease the burden and connect families with the support they need during challenging times.
As Vincentians, we strive to see the face of Jesus in our neighbors and to serve them with compassion, dignity and respect through personal connections.
We have compiled a variety of community resources for families which may be able to provide assistance with financial, spiritual and additional needs.
The Our Lady of Angels conference serves the Allen zip codes of 75002 and 75013 and the Plano zip code of 75025.
